After paying your rent on time for four except one time by one day and we have all the receipts for proof! They wouldn't renew my lease, Nor do I get my deposit back, That's the new owners!"
"Recently under new management, this complex is turning around in the best of ways! I recently moved in and got exactly what I expected. The apartment was remodeled, clean and pest-free. The rental manager is meticulous and honest. The handyman is courteous and thorough. Whatever issues need to be fixed are taken care of in a timely manner. Neighbors are respectful! Overall, very happy with my decision to live here."

"This is my first time living in an apartment, and i expected to have WAY less privacy. I love that its single story and everyone has their own patio so we can really make it feel like home. The office staff is so pleasant and so helpful as well, so the move-in went so smooth! I havent had many maintenance requests but when i did need something done, they tented to it right away! I'm very pleased with my experience so far."
