Hammock Oaks Apartments

"The worst place I have ever lived in. My mother and I first moved in to chip bags on our so called new carpet, urine stained bathrooms, blood stained shower walls, stained toilet seats just to make a few. Talking to the office is like talking to a brick wall, useless and disappointing. You're better off talking to your pet rock in your attic. During our first month, my mother was verbally harassed and attacked by another resident but of course the office staff didn't bat an eye, just a blank apology with no follow up. Not too long after that once again my mother was verbally harassed by yet another resident being called every name in the book and even bold enough to actually to come up to our door, once again in true Hammock Oaks fashion nothing was done, just a slap on the wrist and no concern for me, my mother or my dogs well being. Most recently, myself and my dog Paco got attacked by a 50 lb golden doodle. Paco is 9.6 lb and that dog immediately went for Paco. we told Victoria the next day, filled out an incident report and never heard back for a follow up as proposed. by the way, Paco is fine in case you wanted to know since you never asked how he was. Let's not forget the amount of drugs there. the smell of marijuana and bongs galore are appalling. The smell is everywhere, including the work out room. crime and drug free housing? don't make me laugh. the amount of poop in the pool has made it closed more then it was open. It seemed every other month the pool was closed due to poop or other unknown substances which made the amenities lose it's appeal. i have nothing bad to say about the maintenance men, they're the only shining stars at that place and management is running them into an early grave with how heavy their work load is, especially for Dennis. You can see how exhausted they are but they do their best to keep the show going on. I truly regret anything and everything Hammock Oaks wise. I wish I could take the last 15 months back and not be Brain washed by Christine. Once you actually move in, it isn't all rainbows and sunshine like they claim to be. You're better off spending your hard earned money elsewhere. Don't give these people a dime of your money or a second of your time. Don't waste your breath on these snakes. Also, don't even bother going to Arlington Properties. Andrew Clark is a complete air head and has no people skills what so ever amd will dismiss everything that you say, sounds familiar does it not Hammock Oaks? The minions are like the leader. They're a bunch of crooks who smile to your face and can't handle telling you the truth. #BruckTheCrook"

"Wow! What an amazing touring experience. Victoria was so incredible and gave us the best tour. Hammock Oaks was the 5th apartment community we visited today, but the first one where we felt truly welcomed and wanted. There is such a warm atmosphere in the office, and we were excited to hear about all of the unique events they provide for the residents. If you’re looking for an inviting community with the most impressive customer service, you need to make sure Hammock Oaks is at the top of your list to tour."

"Nice community and managment is responsive. However, the apartment itself is not well appointed. The cabinets are cheap and the ones in the bathrooms don't have drawers so it is up to resident to buy additional storage. Appliances are cheap and loud. Fans sound like they are very old and creaky. I think it is overpriced and would not choose valet garbage collection, just another charge."

"Moved in here with my sister and it is great! Very spacious rooms, great amenities (they have a movie theater!!!!), and positive vibes. I always see the Maintenance Guys all over working hard. You guys are awesome! The girls in the office are always super sweet on the phone and answer all our questions. I am a huge fan of this place! I cant believe we found it."

"I have had a great experience living here for the past year. The staff is extremally friendly and Maintenance does a great job keeping the place looking nice. They have great amenities, have air filters in the office I grab when I pay my rent, garages for rent, and a new yoga spin bike room in the gym. The rents have gone up, but honestly who's rent hasn't increased? I don't find it unreasonable at all. Honestly I think the people who leave negative reviews on this place are just grumpy. Get a drink and calm down. I look forward to continuing my time here at Hammock Oaks. Thank you guys for being awesome all the time!"
