"Very nice staff. Great place for pets and very safe to walk pets at night. Maintenance is usually very timely for requests. "A great location in a safe and quiet neighborhood. These apartments are in the midst of renovations and they are beautiful! Spacious apartments with updated appliances. Maintenance team and office staff are quick to respond and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Communication is better than the average. The buildings are concrete which is nice. Pet friendly and plenty of sidewalks and trails for a nice walk. Full access to the neighborhood amenities too. Close to Disney, close to shops, close to freeways. Wonderful location. Friendly community."
"We have been here for a month, and we really recommend this place if you have kids and looking for a good home with a wonderful school, calm and safe neighbourhood . We love everything about Cortland independent so far . The staff are very kind and helpful, they make our moving process easy and smooth . We want to thank Ms Amanda who was helping us from the moment we came here until now , if we have any problems in the apartment we just let her know and she helps us right away. There is 2 swimming pools , 2 gym , and an amazing club house for the kids to enjoy their time . Overall i am more than satisfied about our decision to make Cortland Independence our new home ."
