Overture Hamlin

Ciara has been patient, knowledgeable and very thoughtful since my tour visit. Hector from maintenance in incredible! There is always something going on and the coffee bar is enjoyable. I look forward to attending some of the daily events and utilizing the amenities. The people I have met so far have been sincerely kind and welcoming. I look forward to making new friends during this next chapter of my life."

Ciara continues from the first moment a new resident prospect steps on property to the day of move in and beyond with her knowledge, creativity, warm contagious smile and bubbly personality makes you feel like family. Our new manager Kristin who has only been here a little over a month is a breath of fresh air. She is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly offering great communication and listening skills allowing everyone in the community to feel heard. She and Ciara make a great office team. There is no stopping this dynamic duo. Come visit! You won’t want to leave."

"Ciara, from leasing and Hector, from maintenance are wonderful!! We had a problem with our air conditioning. Ciara came up to our apartment and tried to remedy the problem involving the thermostat.. She contacted Hector, who was on his way home. He directed her concerning the repair. The ac started. Then, he came to our apartment at 9pm to make sure the ac was fixed properly. He was home and made the emergency trip back to our apartment. Amazing!! Super workers and dedicated. They both deserve bonuses. We love living here. Great leasing and maintenance staff."

Sometimes I feel like a pest but Austin always assure me I am not and he is always here to help. The staff have been welcoming and supportive under the tutelage of Austin.
