"Management acts like I am not a resident when I post a negative review. So, before moving in I asked if the train ran at night, I was told through email that "No it doesn't run at night". Upon that guidance I moved in. My first night in the apartment I was woken up at 1:45am and then again 2:45am by the train. I contacted the management and Angie didn't show any concern nor did she offer any recourse. After meeting a fellow resident the other day they confirmed the train ONLY comes at night. Sometimes between 10-11pm and other times between 1-4am. If you don't have small children, aren't a light sleeper or just love staff misrepresenting (and giving) fraudulent information in order to lease an apartment, this is the place for you!!!!!!!!!!!! I made sure the timestamp was on for the photo - 3:58am and as you can see, I have taken this photo from inside my apartment, so management cannot dispute that they "can't find me as a resident". This photo was taken last night when the train came through 4 or 5 different times. All between the hours of 2:30-4am. Hopefully the attorney I have consulted with about this fraudulent information can help future tenants avoid the same mistake I made."

"This has been my favorite community to live at! Nina and her staff are the absolute best and always take care of you. The amenities at the community are outstanding and well maintained. I feel like Nina really goes above and behond for her residents. Anything that isn't within her control about the living experience here, she is upfront about. Living with 200+ neighbors is never going to be completely perfect but I've been a renter over 20 years and so far this has been one of the best places hands down."

"I’m rating this two stars due to the staff that works there. Management can be very rude at times. Especially when you’re going to them with concerns. We used to have people that lived around us. That would smoke illegal drugs and cigarettes. Complained multiple times. Nothing ever got done. The parking situation is horrible. your best bet is to pay the $35 for a stupid parking spot because depending on what building you live in you will not find a spot. The dog park is absolutely disgusting. It’s artificial grass and always smells like urine. I don’t know how often they wash it but it doesn’t seem often enough. valley trash I understand it’s third-party and they come when they want but I feel like at least twice a week they would not pick up my trash and it was out there in plenty of time because everyone around me had their trash picked up. The apartment itself is very nice but live on the third floor because your neighbors can be very loud walking around, the amenities are OK never use the pool or the gym but it looks nice. Where it’s located conveniently off the 429 is helpful depending on where you work but traffic on plant Street can be ridiculously backed up certain times of the day. Some doors have locks to get into the building and some don’t and if the gate is broken, anyone can come into the parking lot and into the building leaving it very unsafe. Also if you do have delivery service, most likely it won’t get delivered because I can’t get into the building so you would have to meet them outside. All in all, I would not move back there."
