"Very happy with our experience so far, but do have a hard time reaching them by phone. Whenever we call we usually don’t get an answer. I always have to send emails twice. In this process of getting an apartment communication is hard unless you go in person."

"I've been living in this condominium since August 1st. As it's a new condominium, there are a few things that need improvement: 1. Children's Recreation Area: There's no playground for kids, which is quite significant for parents (there's a playground for dogs but not for kids – quite strange). The ample space in the condominium could be utilized for a playground. Additionally, this area is sometimes used by dogs for their needs when owners don't clean up after them. 2. Dirty Hallways: The hallways are not well-maintained, with many spiders on the walls and dirt on the floor. 3. Trash Collection: The trash collection is quite lacking; it seems they do everything possible not to pick up the garbage. If you leave a bag on the ground, they won't collect it, even when it doesn't fit in the trash bin. 4. Dark Apartment Flooring: This can't be changed. The dark flooring makes it challenging to spot venomous animals, as well as ants. It's common to encounter ants and spiders. I will write the positive points another time."

"Our experience with Prose was terrible. We applied for an apartment in March, well before the date we chose to move, which would be in July, we paid the application for the apartment we chose, in addition to the security deposit amount. In July our apartment would not be ready, and this was not informed to us unless I asked every day about what we needed to set up for the move. So we were informed that our apartment would not be ready, they offered us another one but it was not in the location that I had already chosen with all care 4 months before. We had to apply to another place and we had a very short time for this, in addition to money we had already spent on Prose, and until today our refund has not been paid. In addition to all the stress and discomfort caused on me and my husband, we still had to pay another application, another deposit, and until today they have not informed us a refund date, this when they."

"Very happy with my move here! The community is quiet, easy drive to disney, and many things within a quick drive. I had some initial issues with getting ahold of the office. I called 3 different times and left messages for a tour and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I ended up just showing up and asking for a tour. After that everyone has been nice and helpful. Passion was great! The complex is gated for cars, but there’s multiple ways to get into the complex simply by walking through the front buildings or around the pool. New construction, but there was a few paint drip spots on the floors, scuff marks on the ceilings. Dried paint was in my bath faucet restricting the water flow and sink drain had dried paint in it. maintenance was very nice about fixing it. The apartment was very clean and it looked like it was mopped for move in day! Amenities are nice but the pool and gym are a little small for the size of the complex. Also they were not able to give me a mailbox key and the only option is to drive 30 minutes to the winter garden post office to get keys. In the end I’m happy with my move here!"
