"Very unprofessional and would never deal with this agent again. I hate to leave a bad review for an entire group, but... Spoke with Clara Andersen about renting a property in Beverly Hills,Fl. She specifically asked that I drive out there and look through the windows as she did not want to make the trip. She does everything via text message with poor, unprofessional grammar. She asked me to send in an application, which I did. She confirmed everything was legible. The following day I asked how long I would expect to wait for a response and she then responded "Oh I thought you were going yo drive by first." She then needed more clarification on the application, which I thought should have been discussed when it was submitted. I tried to call her to clarify everything and instead of answering she texted me saying "sorry i missed your call. I need more time at current job. Sorry and good luck. I can't take you." Instead of elaborating a time span or when would be a good time to reapply. Thankful there was no application fee as this was a complete unprofessional experience. Hopefully the other agents are superior compared to this one."
