"The Julep staff were incredible!! The communication between myself and the Julep manager Aileen Ocasio was like speaking to a best friend! She always made sure she returned my calls and emails. Aileen informed me in detail what specials they were having and guided me step by step on what is required for me to obtain the apartment. When I did move in the apartment was cleaned and in excellent condition. Not to mention a welcome basket with the mandatory essentials. I loved it. I love my apartment and my community!! A special thanks to Kayla for always forwarding my messages to Aileen and everyone that made this a beautiful transition in my life!!"
