Hampton Inn Brooksville

"We requested a no smoking room and we replaced at the end of a hall on the first floor where there were three smoking rooms across from us. . Our room stunk of smoke. The carpet in the halls is filthy A positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff are very friendly"

"The front desk staff were absolutely awesome! The room was nice and clean, and while I didn't initially think I'd like the fact that the 1st floor rooms have interior doors and doors on the parking lot side. I really liked the convenience. I will be staying there again for sure!!"

"As a small business owner and former Hilton brand employee, all I can say is wow! This is our third attempt to find a hotel in the area in which we were traveling for business. The first two were horrendous. We walked in to a clean lobby, used the digital check in and then went to our room. The room was immaculate. Smelled fresh, bed was amazing, room size was perfect (rm 200) and everything was in order. We really needed a late check out and Donna granted our wish. She truly has the hospitality part mastered. We were able to stay long enough to rest before our long work shift that didn't start until 3pm. We don't want to leave out the other front desk employees we encountered, they were amazing as well. Thank you for upholding the standards we are used to and giving us a place to rest our heads. Can't wait to return in a few weeks! Hopefully, we get room 200 again!"

"This is a pet friendly hotel. Therefore, be prepared to see, hear and smell dogs. There were 3 large dogs in the room across from our room on the 2nd floor. Just too many dogs in 1 hotel room. I recommend the hotel have designated rooms for pets on the 1st floor only. All 1st floor room enters from outside. Trucks with trailers should have designated parking spots. Instead of parked across 2 or 3 parking spots. Room was musty and dusty. Overall good customer service. Breakfast was decent. Lots of restaurants nearby."

"This Hampton Inn is one of the best we have stayed in recently. The staff was very friendly and actually seemed to like working at this hotel which is unusual lately at other Hilton properties. Lisa at front desk has been there 6 years which tells you how nice it must to be associated with this hotel. She was fantastic and also C J both very helpful. Everything was very clean. I would give this hotel 6 stars except the carpet is more than worn out. Needed to be replaced at least 2 years ago also the breakfast chairs need to be replaced."
