"Moved here about 2 years ago and we just love it. The staff is extremely helpful and most important- COMPETENT. The neighborhood is cute and hidden away from the rest of Brooksville, but still a stroll away from downtown! Very pet and child friendly."
"If I could leave this place zero stars I would , moved in before these people took over and they ruined the community. Can’t have anything on your little porch , they never come to fix anything that needs fixing, place is infected with bugs , septic doesn’t work half the time . Give you no notice of not renewing your lease with no explanation on why they aren’t renewing it . Extremely overpriced . Has the worst office staff always rude . They will come into your apartment without permission because they claim to have the right to. I would not recommend living here"
"Unfortunately public access is deplorable for safety reasons. Totally inaccessible from the top main entrance Wood Dr. Wich needs a check point obviously. One way in thew a back low lev potential flood zone. This is a dark,congested,dilapidated access point wich is narrow, dangerous & depressing. As a rich historical City of Brooksville we can do better with our attempt at equal upscale gentrification. You can't compromise safety & convenience to the people. We are 1 community. For the amount it seems like a futile attempt at a gated community. Thus this takes away from the very nicely renovated housing units. Public parking needs attention. Noted 1 1/2 bath for 3&4 Br. units. Needs more impaired friendly structures like the main office."
"The maintenance people are on point here! They are very attentive to needs and are always prompt. Beautiful geanite counter tops and kid friendly neighborhood. I love being so close to the beautiful bike trail! 2 bedroom has plenty of space!"
"I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment in August. Paige in the office was friendly and efficient. I was the first to move into these remodeled apartments in this building and the men in maintenance were awesome to fix minor details that came up. So far, my experience here has been great."
