"Run! my light bill is 400$ for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, and my apartment wont get cooler then 80 in summer. They "fix" things cutting corners, My Ac unit was leaking so bad the ceiling clapsed (ac unit is in the attic) and they won't let me terminate my lease. I've got 2 small children and all they did was, say they emailed a 250$ gift card to go get a hotel, which I haven't even received."

"My experience is the worse customer service ever i call and ask what are the requirements and he hang up on me and i call again and he said i would not qualifie for it if i am asking this question how rude and poor service skill he had i wonder if he treats his tenants that way too."
