"This complex does not have good security. My mother has lived at this complex for several years. The complex is clean and cheery and the staff provide social activities on occasion for the residents. Unfortunately, there is a very big security issue at the complex. The outside doors have been left unlocked for more than six months. Management claims that they are changing the fobs; however, it shouldn't take six months for that to happen. In the meantime, residents are left vulnerable to intruders coming into the building at any hour of the day or night. One evening, an intruder entered with a knife. Cars have been vandalized in the parking lot. There is insufficient lighting on the outside of the building and there are no security cameras or security of any kind at the building. Repeated requests to management to address security issues have been ignored."
