"Cheap builds, horrible at fixing issues, construction workers hitting on young kids, owners do not care about anything except their pockets, they just want them filled and will bend the rules to do so. They don't abide by quiet hours. Quickly turning into section 8 housing."
"The apartments are fantastic but if you live on The first floor is a nightmare!!! My kids neighbors run play ball inside the apartment is impossible to sleep. They just moved and I already change my light bulbs. I went to the office and the lady told me is nothing she can do. If you are the type a person who works at the hospital 12 hours shifts this in NOT a good place for you. We are moving out soon. Is sad you are paying for such a beautiful apartment to deal with nasty neighbors."
"I had some maintenance issues I needed fixed. I put in my requests and the very next daymaintenance was out here fixing them. Jarji, the maintenance guy did a great job and went above and beyond to fix our issues. guy did a great job and went above and beyond to fix our issues."
"Amazing place to rent! Apartments are well designed! The best place to live and raise a family. Convenient location, closed to everything you need in Ocala. The Managment is very professional and helpful! I am giving 5 stars to this place without any hesitation and could give even more if it would be an option!"
