"Had a family member that lived here. It is true that the property manager is discriminatory against other races. Her family lived there too and drove BMWs and other high-end cars, but the community is supposed to be income-restricted. Someone should report her for violation of the fair housing act."

"I have called these apartments at least twice every day this past week, no one ever answers the phone. I have left multiple voicemails on the machine and no one has ever called me back. I submitted a rental application request on their website, no one ever emailed me back. Kind of glad I never got any information if there are any available apartments because I would not want to live in a community where the main office staff are not even doing their jobs"

"Amy never followed through on anything she was never in the office during the posted hours and you could never leave a message as the voicemail was full. Maintenance staff was good but you had to wait forever after a request was put in. The parking sucked and if you made a complaint nothing was ever done. Rent was good but when I became unemployed Amy wanted to charge me a full month rent when I was only there a few days as I had to get help moving. Area is in the hood and crime is high. Hispanics take precedence over Caucasian and African-American people there."

"I've been living here for almost 3 years now., it's very affordable because I'm a single mother of 3 and a full time nursing student. But the management is a joke every since I been here I been asking for a 3 bedroom the manager told me I'm on a waiting list. Which is fine but the 3 bedroom that has been vacant several times but she always move a Hispanic family in. I've notice no African Americans or Caucasians are tenants in any 3 bedroom units. Only certain people in the building I live in get reserved parking because we have 8 units in the building but only 7 parking spaces in front of the building but guess what 3 of the tenants get reserved parking in front of their door. Manger Amy Ruiz says they may have disabilities so they need parking directly but n front of their door. But one of the ladies that have reserved parking she walks around the entire complex and put the flyers on each resident door. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. The manager Amy and president of Jotar mangt. Tasha Hale are friend so nothing ever gets done I'm only here temporary. The maintenance sucks my ac unit broke a few times they come and put something in it. But to top it off when maintenance came in they went into my sons room and stole his Dr Dre beats that he received for his birthday. After I went through the process got the police report and everything was done. Nothing ever happened to the their never let them people in your apartment unless your home. The lawn is horrible."
