"This place is absolutely falling apart and disgusting. We have to call weekly for pest control yet still have roaches every single week. Out patio falls apart to where I have found raccoons squirrels and stray cats in our patio. The two women we dealt with up front are disgusting people that should never be in charge of any guest facing position. I would highly recommend living anywhere but here. Everybody around us is terminating their lease to get out of this abhorrent apartment complex. I have rented for 16 years and this is the only review I have left. Please do your due diligence and stay out of latigo 27."
