"Wow, what an amazing day today was and i am happy to share that you all have an amazing team there at Pointe Grand Ocala. I was calling to find a place to relocate in the north Florida area from here in Miami and was pleasantly greeted over the phone by a guy name Will although i was not entirely sure of where i wanted to move next he took his time and shared with me the amazing things the community had to offer. He was professional and kind from start to finish and i am very excited to put my application in for my new home. My husband and i plan to make a trip there to meet him in person and tour the place. The pictures online looks great and Will was super helpful, we hope to make this our home soon! Thank you and keep it up!"

"I went to hill point property in Ocala and I really liked it. The property is beautiful and the office team treated me and my family very well. The apartments are beautiful and it is a fairly quiet community. Definitely a good place to live. I recommend it and the managger is a spectacular being, humble and willing to help you in any way he can. It was a nice experience."

"Moved in as of Nov 30th. Air conditioning unit worked for 24 hours and then completely stopped blowing cool air. We called maintenance on that Friday and a maintenance worker came by and looked at it, let us know it wouldn't be fixed until that Monday. Monday came and went and the issue remained. After 4 days in heat with an asthmatic child we were offered a mobile air conditioner, which we still had to run fans throughout. During that next week hvac took another 6 days to resolve the issue. Inconvenient, and dreadful moving into an apt on the 3rd floor with no AC and an asthmatic child. Safe to say after 10 days AC unit was fixed. Rental office is saying they will credit according to electric usage for having to run fans and mobile unit. But I spent 4 days in the heat with no mobile unit or fans. The electric won't show that we used more it will show we used less due to not having a functional AC for 4 days upon move in. Where is the courtesy? We had all of our payments, renters insurance set prior to move in. So for a new apt to not be ready to move into is extremely disheartening. Calling the front desk I rarely get an answer. Had to call in an emergency maintenance call to reach someone in regards to trash left at the base of my buildings stairs for almost a week. Aside from all that. The amenities are nice and the community is relatively quiet. EDIT I attempted to call the office after the response to my review and to no surprise...no answer."
