"I wanted to wait until we moved in to make this review. I know I should have done it sooner because I’m such a skeptic that I was waiting for something to go wrong, but nothing went wrong. Since the start of our apartment hunting journey, Ashley stood out to us. Being the most helpful to me and my wife due to this being our first time finding and getting our own place. She educated us on the area and gave us valuable advice that we took into consideration, and she did this even without knowing our hearts were set on this place which made us more trusting of her. Right away we knew we made the right decision because not only were we made to feel welcome in this community we haven’t even moved into yet, but we were guided up until our applications were finally approved. Thank you Ashley, for allowing us to ask you a million questions and never hesitating to steer us in the right direction. I know it’s part of your job, but even then you went above and beyond what most have done in your position in our apartment hunting journey, and trust me we met a lot of them that were just begrudgingly helping us because we were just another couple to fill an empty space in the complex. I appreciate you and all you’ve done to get my family where we are right now. We couldn’t have done this without your guidance!"

Ashley’s professionalism and knowledge of the complex were evident as she guided me through the property and showcased the amenities as well as rules to make sure they are respectfully maintained. She took the time to answer all my questions (as it’s my first time renting) and provided helpful answers, making me feel confident in my decision to move forward with signing the lease. Not only did Ashley showcase the apartments with enthusiasm, but she also highlighted the peaceful atmosphere of the complex. Her attention to detail and genuine passion for her work was expressed during our interaction, leaving me feeling excited about the idea of calling this place my new home.
