"The new property manager, Jason, along with his RPM staff have been the kindest and most accommodating property management professionals that made the hectic process of moving seem so easy and simple. He patiently answered all of my questions, and upon move in ensured that a few MINOR issues were taken care of - same day! I will have to update once I've been living here for a few months but upon first impressions the grounds are very clean, quiet and safe looking. The gates work properly. The clubhouse smells amazing when you walk in and all areas are neat and tidy. There is some renovating going on inside the clubhouse but otherwise all is beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of my communication in a timely manner. I am beyond excited to be here. Staff waves to people on their patios, calls out hello with their first name - very friendly and inviting environment. Package locker boxes at front office are a nice amenity to offer for peace of mind so packages aren't just left on the doorstep all day. ***Was not asked to leave this review and no incentives were offered to leave positive information***"

"I’ve been here at these apartments for less than a year and the first company that ran the property was absolutely a nightmare. It took forever to get anything fixed and the staff was rude and fake. But, ever since it was bought out by the new owners the new staff have gone above and beyond at upgrading the property and got rid of a lot of trouble makers in the community. Jason (a man of many traits) which is one of the staff members in the office is absolutely a great man and takes care of his residence. He is making this property a very safe and comfortable place to live again. Looking forward to all the new and improved plans that is happening."

RPM Living took over Grand Reserve a couple of months ago and they have transformed the property into a place that I am proud to call home. I am a single professional who moved to Ocala for work. I chose The Grand Reserve Apartment complex because it is a beautiful established property that is conveniently located. Since RPM took over the property they have instituted a well managed and responsive process that keeps the units, amenities and grounds in beautiful condition. While searching for your next place to live I happily recommend that you consider a tour of The Grand Reserve Apartments."

"Where to even start.. Been here for 7 months and the amount of issues is crazy. First i would not trust all the recent reviews, new management sent out an email promising gift cards for 5 star reviews. The pool has not worked probably 5 out of the 7 months, same with the gate. The "amenities" we pay for. And it is NOT cheap rent by any means, calling it luxury living is a joke. Don't waste your money and time"

"We just moved in recently. So far we love it the pool and hot tub are amazing I love how our packages get delivered to a box so you don’t have to worry about them sitting outside your door! the valet trash is also very nice. Very nice community and I love how pet friendly they are."
