"We had a reservation for a condo at emerald waters that beach escapes manages in May. When we arrived at the unit, we found out that the elevators were out of service, and would not be fixed during the duration of our stay. We were traveling with our senior, arthritic dog who could not manage the stairs so we needed to find alternate accommodations. Maria was super helpful with trying to find other options, and when they didn't have anything else available, they offered a full refund and let us stay for a night while we waited to check into our new rental. This is a 5 star company for customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and we are super thankful!"

"House was great! Plenty of room & great location. Golf cart was a huge help. Some of the items in house could be updated/replaced (toaster, dresser/furniture etc) nothing major and it did not hinder on our stay. They offered to come fix the things, but it did not interrupt our stay. The house is great. It’s plenty big & we loved the huge dining table downstairs!!!! Definitely enjoyed our stay."

"Pros: Loved this place! We stayed in 1506. We had beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The room was clean and fit our whole party. Lots of space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and every bedroom had a bathroom. The beach service was awesome and the guys were very friendly. The pool was clean. We had a scheduled maintenance and the property manager let us know in a timely manner that someone would be in our condo. Cons: we really didn’t have any about the condo itself. There was a small rip in the seam of one of the couches, and the couches are a little stained, but that’s probably from just basic wear and tear. It didn’t bother us because the condo was in good condition and clean. Overall, it’s worth the money and we’d definitely stay here again."

The house we stayed in was located in the Cypress Plantation community and was clean, comfortable, located perfectly, and had an AMAZING pool! We have nothing but positives to share!!!!"
