"Frank is a great guy and I would highly recommend him as a realtor however I cannot say the same for the rental management side of the house. Over the 8 years that we rented our home while we finished out our military career, many of the employees came and went but the quality of service was always less than acceptable. The majority of that time, the entire property management section was dumped on one individual and in some cases he was out of the office for extended amount of time. The contract is written so that the only way out of dealing with Navarre Beach realty (if they placed the tenant) is to evict the tenant. Regardless what you are told, nobody will be watching over your home and checking the quality and timeliness of any maintenance required or preformed on the house. You will be outright lied to and deceived regarding the work that is being provided for the 10% or the rental price. The hardest that I saw them work was when they were fighting for the tenant to get their deposit back after leaving the house with damages far exceeding the deposit. If you value HONESTY and HARD WORK like I do I would highly recommend looking elsewhere or managing yourself."
