"Difficult to contact a human regarding rentals. All automated. I had to speak to a different department and get transferred more than once to speak to a human in rentals. To secure a tour of a rental home, they ask you to provide a credit card to verify your identity on a Non-secured link. Would not rent from this company. Very poor experience!"
