"Do not stay here, especially if you are traveling and staying in Miami for a few months I stayed in Miami for three months working at the University of Miami Hospital. I did not receive my security deposit, nor the credit for the days I didn’t stay that I had already paid for, there were so many excuses to why the money was never returned back to me. I was never late, nor short of rent. So just a heads up to anyone, expecting to visit for a long term or short term please do not stay. It’s a scam no matter how much they may seem there for you, they’re honestly not both of the hostess, Mr. John and Ms. Rebecca."

"This is the WORST short-term rental we’ve stayed at. The property was not cleaned properly when we checked in, with short curly hair all over the floor especially in the corners. The floor was greasy and there was a strong smell all over the apartment. There was no blanket cover either. I complained about the issue with the property manager and they sent the cleaner again the next day, but it didn’t make a difference. The tables n TV were still all covered in dust and the room had hair everywhere. There was also a string marijuana smell. The apartment’s location in Little Haiti was pretty convenient, a short drive from midtown, Wynwood, and the airport. But it’s a dodgy area, don’t expect to walk anywhere."
