"Nice boutique hotel in Little Havana. Convenient location to Calle Ocho and surrounding neighborhoods. Rooftop bar, free coffee in the am, nice room amenities. Linens/soap on point and a smart tv. Would recommend over a big-name hotel any day!"

"We absolutely loved our pre-cruise stay and have already booked another pre-cruise stay for our next trip. Yes, the rooms are small. It's an older, beautifully restored building and the room sizes are very clearly listed when you pull up descriptions on the website. Our room was immaculately clean and completely comfortable. The owners are gracious and kind. It's so close to Calle Ocho. And for the people who think the neighborhood is sketchy, it's a working class neighborhood. The morning we checked out and were waiting for our rideshare outside, a local resident walking his dog warmly greeted us. Take the normal safety precautions as you would do anywhere. We stayed on Calle Ocho after dark and got a rideshare back as we would do anywhere else in that situation. Can't wait to return in May."

The rooms, while small, are cozy and well-appointed, with clean bathrooms featuring luxurious Le labo products—a definite bonus for those who appreciate quality amenities. The overall experience was wonderful, thanks in no small part to the very friendly staff who made check-in and check-out a breeze. "I feel really sorry to rate so low. That hotel is indeed very cozy and nice and the hotel concierge let us go up to the rooftop to take a short look (even it was closed). But that night was unfortunately not a relaxing night to be honest. We stayed one night just to get to the consulate the next morning. And we barely slept less than 3 hours that night because one can hear every hour an airplane literally landing on the hotel, raccoons and cats yelled outside, the neighbors are doing “workouts” and you hear them live plus the bunk bed is so loud on its own when one is just moving a bit. I feel really sorry but it’s the truth. And my husband had a big problem with the kind of air refresher they used in the room."

"This hotel is an excellent budget-friendly lodging option. The rooms are a bit small but organized well; the bathrooms are very nice for their size. Everything is very clean and the vibe is perfectly “Little Havana”. The staff is WONDERFUL. Check-in was a breeze. My boyfriend and I annoyingly posted up in the lobby for multiple days doing computer work, and the front desk people have acted like our personal assistants. Sergio is really going above and beyond. Bringing me a box of tissues, silverware for our takeout food, even running after me with an umbrella when I tried to go outside in the rain. Will definitely stay here again!"
