Days Inn by Wyndham Miami Airport North

"This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No elevator, pool closed, Wi-Fi broken, no hot water, dirty rooms (many hairs in the bed too) & loud doors slamming repeatedly starting@ 6:30-7 am, plus lots of traffic/outside noise, light doesn't work by bed flickering with charging port not working.We also arrived too late to get a shuttle to the hotel & I'm going to look for other transport to the cruise port based on experience. If price is your only concern then sure book a room otherwise steer clear it's not worth it!"

"The staff was, for the most part, very courteous. The pool was closed, and the front desk clerk said only one ice machine worked, but he didn't know which one. There was no hot water, and I heard other guests inform the front desk of the same problem. They would look into it, the desk staff said. Was told there was a shuttle service arriving every hour on the hour beginning at 6am. We had a 7:45 am flight, and we decided to wait for the shuttle instead of ordering an Uber to save cost. The shuttle *did not show up*. At 6:15 we got a taxi, so I don't know if it eventually came. If you want a cheap place that makes your travel plans easy, go elsewhere."

"Thank you Mercedes and staff for helping getting our luggage to second floor not thinking about checking for elevator when making the reservations and we had 4 adults and 2 of them were seniors with walking difficulties and they were so accommodating and were able to make sure that on our return trip we would be on the first floor and Days Inn definitely kept their word. Easy access to airport. It’s not fancy buts it’s clean, safe and staff is very kind. P. S. We also fell in love with the resident kitty Papi ☀️ he keeps the mice away."

"I have spent all of 20 minutes in the first room they gave us only to check the mattress and to my horror dirty, stained, bugs…..when I went up to complain a gentleman behind the desk commented that he’s knows that room had bugs because other people have complained about it, yet nothing was done and the room continues to be rented out???? Don’t even get me started on the outrageous price of this place! I cannot justify the condition of this place for the price they are asking. Now had I seen this place before making my reservation no way in HELL would I have picked this place however it’s late I’m exhausted from traveling all day. Second room new mattress, clean but the door doesn’t lock and the hotel is in a pretty sketchy area doesn’t scream safe to me!"

"1. Beware of pricing! They charged me an additional $2 per day above the authorized price without asking because there is a room safe - even though I never asked for it, was told about it, and the room description says in-room safe included!! When I called and asked, they said they don't need my permission to charge this above the quoted price!!! 2. Toilet constantly running, no hot water in shower, and room phone didn't work. 3. Location is not safe. 4. Pool out of service. 5. Hotel shuttle unreliable. When, at 7:10am, I asked what time the 7am shuttle would show up for the airport, I was told it would be maybe 5-10 more minutes. AVOID!"
