"Direct views and access to the ocean and private beach. Cabana chairs and tables available for purchase. Sand as soft as powder sugar. Water so clear you can see your toes as they disappear under the sand. These are one of the few 16 unit (4 at the top are penthouse units) that are like italian villa's. The other 12 units come in 2 different floor plans. 1 that is closer to the pool and 1 that is on the outer two sides. We own 201 and the pictures are attached. The 12 units have 3 bedrooms, each with their bathroom ensuite. Each condo has a laundry area included. The living, dining and kitchen is open and spacious as are the bedrooms. The balconies are beautiful with plenty of room to enjoy your favorite beverage with cheese and crackers and enjoy the sunset. Come and enjoy! I got married here and it was the most beautiful backdrop! A couple or a family can make beautiful memories here."
