The complex boasts a private beach and pool for guests to enjoy, as well as pet-friendly options for small to medium-sized dogs with approval.
With units averaging around 2000 square feet, guests will feel like they are staying in a private house rather than a typical condo. The balconies offer stunning views, with different units providing either western sunset views, direct gulf front views, or side views of the gulf and sunrise views. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit, but additional spaces can be rented nearby.

"Great location and great beachfront view from our unit. However, the building, due to the long narrow lot it’s built on, placed the dog park and dumpsters a long way from front units. Also, master was a decent size but the other 2 bedrooms were small and hard to walk around in."
"Beautiful beach, but my dog was discriminated against by a worker. She said that dogs were only allowed on the beach if they are from here. My dog is from the area, but we were in a car with AL tags. How does that make any sense"
