"Fairly nice condo. Comfortable beds. Not properly cleaned since last guests, dishes abhorrent but this was likely the last several visitors. HOA staff super friendly and helpful. Property is not dated, but could use some maintenance by Vacasa. Unit was 9 Ruby Cove. Window seals failing, cosmetic window and bath concerns, bath fixture pops right off. Three her flights a day, three days a week due to the AFB here (air base)."
"We love emerald shores. Our dryer ruined several items of clothing, sadly, but they did have someone out to fix it when we checked out."

"multiply people in my group found bugs in their beds did not have a functional window there was black mold above the door, there was also blood stains in the shower and on he sheets. we slept on top of the covers because of this. overall would not recommend this hotel"
"Well we always stay here every year like clock work but this year we hadda leave a day early because the air quit working and it was so hot. It's time for some updating also the beds are horrible and the frames are broke down .For what ya pay a night these issues need to be fixed!"
