"Driver was extremely rude. He couldn’t even wait 45 seconds or even get out of his car to knock on the shop gate. Once he came back to drop off the parts he yelled at me and called me a liar. Then stood in the middle, of my shop after we paid him to continue arguing about the situation. 1800 radiator is a great company and have cheap parts. But this driver was a nightmare. I have his whole episode recorded on camera I will be sending it into corporate."

"Very good on the phone polite and helpful. My buddy owns dealership and has an account there. I work for him periodically and have to drive there and pick up his radiators. They are just as good in person as they are on the phone. When I need a radiator I'm going there for it. The prices are at least 10 or 15 bucks and in some cases more then that off of the normal chain type parts stores. Two thumbs up guys. Good work!!"
