"MA'AM, DO YOU NEED A CHAIR TO SIT DOWN? Tears Flowing... I am on an Oxygen Pouch and I am a heart patient with major health issues. My husband and I went to O'Reilly to charge our car battery. A worker name "Mr. Luis Jose" looked at me and asked Do I Need A Chair To Sit Down? OH MY GOD!!! Then I ask to speak with his manager. I told the manager about Mr. Luis Jose GREAT HEART OF CONCERN and CARE. The manager was like CUSTOMERS ARE LIKE FAMILY HERE. Mr. Snead is the manager. This location is AWESOME GOD, BLESS"
