"The owner, Marcus, was a HUGE help on getting some documents notorized. Very professional and the store is really neat with lots of memorabilia to look at. Highly recommend"

"Absolutely horrible customer service. Came in to have a document notarized. Paid 17$ for the service. I leave and turn in the paperwork only to receive a call there was no stamp from the notary and could not be accepted. I was able to have to document notarized by the school. That way I didn't have to make 3 trips to the school just to get it taken care of. I bring the incomplete document back to this business and asked for a refund because he did not provide the service I paid for. All he offered to do was stamp it now after the fact. No apology for incorrectly providing the service I paid for. No apology for the inconvenience. Nothing just Absolutely rudely grabs the paper from my hand and says all he will do is stamp it. Of course at this point I don't need it I got it taken care of by someone who could actually provide the service properly. This is one of the rudest business owners I've ever encountered. Literally all this man had to do was be a decent human and say, for example "I'm sorry about that let me take care of it, that was my mistake" and I would have understood if he then said no refunds."
