"Happy with the service. Clean place we had lunch"

"Service was awesome. Employees actively made me feel very welcome. Elizabeth and Gabe both at different times apologized about my wait. I placed a normal size order of various items, with two people ahead of me. No clue as far as what could have been going on in drive through. I don’t expect to be served food immediately upon placing an order for items that need to be cooked and assembled. I expected to wait. The two employees I mentioned GENUINELY apologized. I waited maybe about 7 minutes. These people actually care. And it shows!"

"I love Taco Bell's food, but customer service does not exist at the one in Defuniak Springs . You go in and order from the electronic board. The only contact you have with an employee is picking up your food. Then we couldn't find a clean table to sit at and we were the only people in the building . The food was still good, but I think it's sad the way things are nowadays. Just my opinion, of course, but I feel their business would improve if they showed a little care about their place of employment and especially the manager, he is supposed to be the leader."

"I pulled through the drive and ordered 2 soft tacos no cheese and a beef and bean burrito with no dairy. I get extremely ill if I eat dairy. They of course messed up the order. The drive through was the only way to correct the order, due to the lobby being closed. I walked back through because I didn’t want to wait in the line again. I told the guy who had taken my order what the issue was. He apologized and he yelled to the “cook” what I needed. “No big deal”, I think to myself. He tells me to go wait at the front door and he will bring it to me. When I get the new bag I am granted with 2 soft tacos with no lettuce but plenty of cheese and a tortilla with beef in it. Of course now I am aggravated. I go to walk around to the window yet again. The guy who had taken my order originally and the second time was so embarrassed he wouldn’t open the window and made the “cook” do it. The cook opened the window and before I could say anything he said “Um sir, you ordered 2 tacos no lettuce.” I corrected him with aggravation in my voice. No foul language at all. He threatened to call the cops on me for being aggravated. I asked him for his name or a way to contact the manager about my experience. To which he replied “I am not required by law to give you that information. I will remake your tacos and you can go away.” I stood at the window this time and was blessed with 2 tacos with no cheese but the burrito was a loss. I can’t believe the level of customer service at this location!"

"We stopped in because 1-10 was backed up. I wasn’t to thrilled being told to use the kiosk. Our food was made quickly. Other than cinnamon ball being a bit crunchy it was some of the better Taco Bell food we’ve had in a while. The restaurant was a bit dirty when we sat down, but while eating someone came to clean up. Over all a good visit."
