"Stopped at 2:30 in the afternoon. Lobby ceiling was leaking water due to it raining outside. Ceiling tiles and vents in the lobby are filthy and gross. Almost all tables needed cleaned. Looking back into the kitchen everything needs scrubbed, equipment, walls, floors... Staff was friendly. The food was fresh and hot."
"Jamaica was literally the most nicest person I’ve ever come in contact with here!! I use to hate coming here but I came twice in one day and she remembered me by my eyelashes and was super attentive to my order and was overall super proficient !!! I don’t live in this town anymore but I’m here visiting and this made it 100 times better! With the customer service !!"
"We are a local delivery/taxi service and placed an order through the KFC app. Within ten minutes I received notification the food was ready. I arrived and waited at the drive through for about fifteen to twenty minutes and was told to wait while they caught up. An hour later my husband went in to see what was going on. Around 7:30 - 7:45 PM the place was empty and only three workers, all of whom were doing everything but preparing food. One was mopping, one was in the office doing paperwork, and one was standing in the middle of the floor looking doing absolutely nothing. They had been preparing to close even though they had several hours until closing. It took them almost an hour and a half to get our order and everything but the chicken was cold. I contacted management, they were suppose to get back to me and never did. This is completely unacceptable!"
"Kfc better than it was. They have New management and the chicken taste fresh. Tom went above and beyond when my order was missing something and he very helpful and kind. Gave us a free cake for my trouble. I give 5 stars for Tom amazing customer service."
