"I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs! The minute Tyler and Ryan came in our home, we knew this was the company for us. They were friendly, informative and did a great job on the small job we had. We decided that we wanted to do more electrical work with Selectricity because of the amazing job Ryan and Tyler did. Steven, estimator, explained what we should do and gave us options. Price was right so we pulled the trigger. Extremely happy with the work that was done at our home. Austin and Connor were not only friendly, they took the time to explain everything. They went above and beyond by cleaning up after themselves and doing a fantastic job! "Colton, Malik and Adam were fantastic. Very efficient and thorough. For such an invasive process, I almost didn't know they were here. Very respectful - they asked every morning if there was anything they needed to address from the day before. When they left each day, they asked if there was anything I needed done. And, they cleaned up every day and replaced furniture EXACTLY where it was. Incredible experience!"

"18 Oct 23 Charged $494.40 to fix a kitchen light! Three workers sent, acted like they didn't want to be there. Worked for maybe 20 minutes at the most- kept going out to the truck. They complained about submitting diagnosis online for warranty- maybe took 10 minutes. Contacted manager Jeremy who wanted me to pay before the work was complete, then charged for TWO hours labor because they couldn't figure out they didn't have ballast to fix light. Called three separate days asking to speak to owner- owner NEVER returned call. Update: Owner sent email threatening action to collect since I disputed the extra hour of labor ($180) with my credit card company. I replied explaining all the info from above, again asking him to call. He finally called and agreed not to charge for the extra hour and agreed with me that almost $500 to fix a kitchen light was too much. 3 Stars is a fair rating for going through this hassle and neither the workers nor manager Jeremy filled out the online diagnosis for me to get reimbursed from my home warranty. 2nd update after reading owner response: We NEVER demanded new ballast- we are not the experts on lighting, which is why we called them. We just wanted them to fix the light. Also, I have NEVER had an issue with my home warranty company, used them many times with their contractors and ones I've set up- Selectricity is the ONLY company I was unable to get my home warranty reimbursement, so I would say Selectricity is the rip off, not the home warranty company."

"Besides the fair pricing, I couldn't imagine any company giving better service than Selectricity, from the initial quote to the completion of the job, Selectricity had excellent responsive communication, the wiring installation crew was always on time, courteous, efficient and professional.
