"Poor and I mean poor communication skills. The prices are outrageous. They tried to charge me 60 dollars on a used motor mount and no warranty. I go to Autozone or o’riley, the prices are 10x less than what you guys are charging. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for charging so much. The junkyard doesn’t even charge that much."
"Not a great experience, I had a part ordered for my car Friday afternoon, was told I can pick it up next day, I returned next afternoon and no part available, supposivly the part is now reordered for Monday, was hoping to fix my car over the weekend to use for work Monday, so this inconvenience was not expected. I feel with everyone ordering now a days online that small businesses would make more of an effort to satisfy their clients, it would have been nice to get a courtesy call about my part not coming in to not waste more of my time."
