"My husband and I were side swiped on the way to the Keys on vacation and our truck's side mirror was crushed and ripped off. I found Lorenzo collision center and called up to see if they could help. They were super friendly and supportive. Jorge Ledon saw me right away, wrote up an assessment of the damage, took pictures and got me everything I needed for my insurance estimate. He was able to quickly source a new mirror and get me scheduled for its replacement. I showed up on Saturday and was in and out in a couple hours with my car repaired and safety features back in place - and back to my vacation! Jorge was so personable and helpful. The whole crew there seemed really great. From what I could see in their interactions with each other and with Jorge in particular, it looked like a tight knit team who had a lot of mutual respect - just overall a really positive culture. I hope I don't need any more collision support in the future, but if you do need it and you're in the area - they are the way to go."

"Took my f150 to get the door code. They said $135. They told my they couldn’t do it because the radio Best Buy installed was done poorly and 2 wires were shoved into the diagnostic plug and they didn’t want to touch it. They even told me they tried pulling the wires out. When I took it to Best Buy, they simply plugged out the insert from the diagnostic slot. They showed it to me and it was installed properly. The mechanic at Lorenzo ford had no idea what he was talking about. I will never take my vehicle there."
