I bought a commercial battery, and gave her the wrong size when I got back to my shop I had given her the wrong measurements, I called her she said no problem bring it back and we will get the proper one, she was so kind and gracious her name is B Gibson I think. "I went there friday for my wife toyota chr needed battery i read online that they change your battery if you ask. I asked employee if he can change it he said no company policy.they cant even help you per employee. They gave me some old tools for me to do it. Next time ill go to autozone this place sucks"
