"I brought in my 2015 Toyota Corolla S for tire and brake installation, rotation and alignment. When I came back they told me they weren’t able to align the car because supposedly the camber needed replacement. I took the car to my brother (he’s a mechanic) in law and he said it was fine. The car never had a leak issue. It started leaking the same day of service. I took it to toyota and they found that the CV shaft was damaged. A $1,800 costs. Not only can’t they do what they’re supposed to do. They made it worse."

"This place does not honor appointments. I needed to get my car fixed, so I was proactive and made an appointment over a week from my appointment time. I came in on time to my appointment and was told that my car was second in line to be seen. I took a day off of work to do this. I waited all day and then I noticed after I googled their closing hours that no one called me yet. I decided to call them after them putting me on hold and acting like I dropped my car off at the wrong location. They located my car and guess what it was still sitting in the same parking lot space no one looked at my car for over eight hours. From 9 AM that was my appointment time 9 AM all the way till 5 PM my car sat there while people who walked in off the street was able to get their car seen first. This place does an honor appointment, and I would never come back very disappointed!!!!"
