"Customer service was great, however…. Make sure you check and recheck that your big items are not damaged. I bought a bathtub and toilet from there. Both were broken and had to be returned. While at the store we checked the second tub and it was broken. 3 tubs and 2 toilets later we have a beautiful bathroom. The employees were all very helpful and friendly."

"Huge shout out to Marsha in flooring! I just had the best experience purchasing tile. Sometimes items are not where you expect or the quantity you need is not on the shelf. Marsha just went above and beyond to locate the items I was searching for, going so far as to request assistance from another associate. Once the tile was loaded she stayed well into her lunch break to check me out in her department. Great service with a friendly and professional associate is most welcome! Highly recommend!"
"Why even bother to offer vehicle pick up option if the employees would rather be standing by talking to each other rather than looking to serve customers? I notified of my arrival 40 minutes early. Arrived and then waited 10 minutes. I went to the counter only to find 5 employees chatting with each other and no customer in line. I had to tell the employee at the register that I was waiting and she then finally checked her computer. Please be better."
"Took a trip to Lowes. Purchased some wall bricks, couldn’t load them up myself due to their weight. Had to hunt down a young man to do it. While doing so he scratched my car, and it wasn’t a light one no it was deep and now sadly permanent. Lowes loves to always hire through out the year but clearly hires the wrong people. And of course they wont do anything about it."
