Showed up for a routine oil change and Scott said “I’ll do it but it’ll take a day or a month, no idea how much time it’ll take me” I showed a very slight disapproval of his response, telling him I shouldn’t be expected to just be happy about a month-long oil change. He left and said go away. I get you might be busy, but don’t be rude."

"This place is AWFUL. Went in to get something checked and 5 min after driving away my car completely locked on me. I went back and the owner started arguing with me and refused to check what was going on. Had to pay a towing company to take my car to the dealership."

"If 'zero' stars was an option, I would select that. Went here to try and get a tire plugged/patched on a Saturday. Cashier woman inside told me that they "don't do tire work on weekends, only oil/mechanical." From a business perspective, this does not make any sense to me because a tire patch doesn't take that long, and the tire was already off of the vehicle and in my trunk; it would have been very quick and easy money for these folks. I can't help it if you want to run your business in an inefficient manner, but whatever, I didn't say anything. I walk out of the office and what do I see? One of the mechanics working on some woman's tires! "But I thought it was Saturday and you don't work on tires?" So either the woman inside was completely ignorant, or they didn't want my money. Either way, I will never come back here and I will tell anyone and everyone I know who will listen to NEVER go here. Good luck!"

"Came here 2 times very nice people , then on my second visit during a brake pad change the guy says to me hey LOCO* look at this , he shows me a destroyed cv axle that I just replaced 3 months ago brand new . I started arguing with the guy right away very upset then after We argued he said he refused to do my brakes. So I had a second mechanic look at the damages and they said right away YES they cut your axle with a knife. Here is the picture I took after the incident . What do you think? Did he cut it , do you believe the second opinion I got from separate mechanic?? Just had these cv axles replaced 3 months ago . BEWARE using this place if they feel like you got money they'll take advantage of you !!!!!!"
