"My recent visit to Advance Auto Parts left me feeling overlooked and frustrated due to the poor customer service I received. It was as if I was invisible to the staff there. I approached the counter to make a straightforward purchase, expecting a quick transaction. However, the staff members seemed more interested in chatting with their friends who entered the store looking for a specific item. Instead of attending to me, a waiting customer, they prioritized their personal conversations."

"I bought a new battery for a 2022 Chevrolet 2500HD which came with 2 batteries. One of which is an auxiliary battery and the battery tech had no clue where it was. Sad! But after replacing the battery he could find it started right up. I also purchased a small charger for $215. Works great"

"Employees frequently change, and the recent addition, Leslie, has made my son quite uncomfortable. If handling Amazon returns and UPS packages is such a major concern for them, we're willing to explore other options. This experience also gives me a reason to reconsider purchasing my car parts from this establishment. It's disappointing that we haven't received the level of service we expected, and it feels like we're not being treated as valued customers but rather as subordinates."

"I walk in second in line another black guy walks in behind me I gues he got tired of waiting as I waited ten minutes to be helped still no help yet while the lady helping a couple in front of me the black guy walks around behind the counter lady in the back seen him helps him without asking who is next in line! I was a long life customer till today. Sunday 8/20/2023."

"Left me stranded in their parking lot. I drove here looking to replace my wife’s battery and spend $180-210 on a new battery. They told me they couldn’t install the battery in spite of it being a free service they offer boldly on the exterior of the building. Since they wouldn’t install the battery I chose to leave - but my battery is dead so I couldn’t. I went inside and asked if they could jump me and they immediately refused and said they didn’t have cables - obviously looking for me to buy cables from them. I told them I had cables with me and they still declined. Advance Auto Parts…I absolutely promise you that I will never spend a dollar in any of your stores ever again. It’s unlikely that you don’t find one of your stores next to an AutoZone or O’Reillys so I am confident I can pull this off and never forget this kind of treatment. You should treat your customers like actual humans."
