"Gotta agree with Willy. If you don’t speak Spanish they don’t seem to want to help you. Not friendly and not familiar with the system. I kept telling her of course it’s gonna say out of stock if I ordered the last one at their location and it’s already claimed. Sure enough the part was right back there on the shelf…. Will avoid this auto zone going forward. Shame too bc the part looks good. Better customer service is needed."

"A lot of Spanish speaking people. If you don't look like them they just kind of look at you or ignore you. They dont ask if you need help. I had to go to the counter and say what I was looking for. I like the store on West Hillsborough better. The clerk asked if I wanted a bag and the receipt. I said yes to both questions. This is what I experience at most predominantly Spanish speaking people working at a place. They don't even try to speak English and if you are not Hispanic they do not know how to relate to a customer. Simple minded and no real customer service for everybody."
