"They quoted me free to restitch my boat cover. I said that it probably needed to all be restitched because of the age and a lot of the stitches were coming out. I was told no problem, they offer restitching to promote business. They had it over a week when they originally thought a few days. I called to ask them if they could add a patch to where the poles went. No problem but it will cost a little. When my wife went to pick it up, they told her $556.40. After discussion, they gave it to my wife for $450. Outrageous! No calls to say it was a lot of work or they would have to charge me because it was a bigger job than they thought. No mention of it when I called about the pole patches. I had reputable boat cover repair shop in Minn. fix a seam and restitched the whole cover, on the same size boat, for $130. These guys are terrible business people. Don't go there. Work was nothing exceptional."
