"Poor service and communication from the shop. Avoid!. Placed a deposit on a set of new set of tires. Called the shop several times over the course of a month on the status. Was told they would check on my order and call me back, which they never did. After a month of this I went into the shop and I asked about my order and why they didn’t return my phone calls? Was told they have been busy and my tires are out of stock and they not received my order and would take about a week! I asked for my deposit back which took another 15 minutes because they had to get authorization from HQ! Went to Southern Florida Car Care Center about 2 miles from Tire Kingdom. Placed order and deposit on a new set of tires. Within 24 hours they had my tires ready and installed. Great communication and service from Southern Florida Car Care Service. Do not waste your time with Tire Kingdom! Poor service and communication!"
