Without an appointment, I spoke with service consultant Steve Fuller. He was very professional, courteous and incredibly helpful. He diagnosed my problem and had me in and out in less than an hour (on a very busy Saturday morning I might add). In addition, the quoted price to repair my issue was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Naples."
