"Windermere is the most incredible auto repair store I have ever encountered. These people are on whole other level when it comes to customer care. Free shuttle ride home, awesome Keurig and a front desk staff with a get-to-the bottom of it mentality from the word go. But that was just the beginning. When we went to pick up my Mustang, the manager overheard me saying my Jeep was not shifting properly. He dropped what he was doing at the end of the day, hunted down his shop foreman, and on the spot they test drove it and diagnosed it, no charge, and then spent the next several minutes describing the software updates they could perform. By now they had earned my trust, and when I inquired about new tires, I had a front row seat to the manager describing to us actual specific details about the benefits of each different tire and how they sell at an actual MSRP discount. I had hoped to find a new home for car care since moving to Naples a couple years ago, and I not only found it, but will tell everyone else as well!"

"Wow…,an auto repair shop that actually provided a reasonable quote for the work needed (replaced a washer fluid pump on my 2008 Infiniti G35), scheduled at a convenient time, completed the job on time and at the quoted price. No surprises extra charges or excuses. They even provided a shuttle service. These guys do it right!"

"I was visiting my Mom in Naples and her car needed service. Took it first to the dealership hoping it was still under warranty and they said the repairs would cost $3200. When I asked them to breakdown the costs and explain why it was so expensive, they said everything just cost more due to inflation. I called Windermere and they said they would be happy to give me a second opinion. They were able to fix the issue for less than half of what the dealership quoted. "From Business Owner to Business Owner I congratulate you and your staff for a full concierge experience. 5 stars is not enough to say the least. I had my truck serviced there since the day I purchased it and it’s been Excellent to the highest power. Prices are sometimes not what you want and its only because they have to also pay there staff. Rightfully so they deserve it and work hard for it. Try taking it to another shop to save some money but sometimes its better to take it to an established automotive shop that you can trust. I was greeted and served with a Rack of Ribs and some sides which were excellent and the staff is really personable. I commend all the technicians and office staff as you work very hard in challenged conditions. Thank you for all that you do and I always look forward In seeing you guys.
