"I went in for an alignment and the mechanic beat the steering control arm to loosen and broke it. Then the store Manager Niobel Mendez wanted to charge me $350 to buy a new one. I called Corporate and they apologized. This auto repair is a rip off scam and are not true mechanics."

"Sent someone here to get a tire alignment, i guess since they saw it was an older woman they instantly try to lie to her about stuff since she doesn’t know. They quoted $300 for an alignment, PLUS anything that may need replacement on the car and that it was a minimum 3 hour job. FOR A WHEEL ALIGNMENT?? All lies. Another shop down the road did it for 3x less the price in 30 minutes and didn’t try to sell unnecessary garbage. That’s the business model of many tire/mechanic shops, avoid these shady businesses who try you sell you something you didn’t come there for."
"Staff super rude. My car was broken down and i had it towed there bc they told me they had a mechanic. Then they told me they couldn’t fix the problem there because they didn’t work on transmissions which like okay fine if you can’t do that you can’t do that. But he wouldn’t even let us leave the car there over night just because they weren’t working on it. I had nowhere to take my car now I have to get it towed again. I’m a young teenage girl I really could’ve used some help here. What a jerk"
"Sat there for an hour waiting while my truck was on the lift, watching everyone sit around talking. Finally went out to see what was going on to be told the tire machine broke! Luckily no work was done on my truck and I was able to tell them (had to tell them 3 times) that I wanted my truck back and to get it off the lift. They could of at least said something instead of having me stand around waiting!"
