I was looking for new tires and wanted a good deal, so I called the shop where I've been a customer before to check if they had the specific Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires I wanted. They confirmed they did, even over text. When I got there, everyone was friendly, and I trusted them to give me the right tires. However, after I left and checked my tires later, I realized they weren't the ones I asked for. They sold me a different Michelin model. I called the shop, and they asked me to return to discuss it. Back at the shop, the owner tried to convince me that the tires were fine and even had his staff laugh about it. He made me feel small for wanting a specific type. I argued that I spent $1000 on tires I didn't want because he promised he had the right ones. He offered to refund $200, but it wasn't about the money – I just didn't want tires I didn't research or choose. He suggested changing them back to my old ones but said I'd have to pay for labor, which made me angry. I felt it was unfair to pay for their mistake. In the end, he banned me from the shop and blocked my number. Worse, he didn't put my original tires back on; instead, he gave me some old ones he had. scratched my wheel too. I was so upset, I just left it at that. they dont care about customer service, if you want a good job Done with a crew that actually cares about providing you with a good experience this is not the place. really disappointing."

"Our tire blew out we called them late at night. They quoted us $85 over the phone for a single used tire once we got there. Wouldn’t do it unless we paid $150. Similar reviews from other people will try to reply to this review saying something different don’t listen."
