"I had a job assignment from PEOPLEREADY in Fort Myers that was to work with MIGUEL at Poggenpohl on a pickup and delivery. The job ticket was issued at 4:30pm on a Wed. afternoon and canceled at 6:00am the next morning by PEOPLEREADY. This was either incompetence or mis-communication between POGGENPOHL and PEOPLEREADY that cost ME, MY time and gas money. Now let me state that I've worked with Poggenpohl at ADAC in Atlanta and it was always professional and neat. Other Peopleready offices don't seem to have the problems that the Fort Myers office has, but for some reason Fort Myers consistently falls short. Either way, It was my time and gas money I spent just to see the fruition of incompetency that D.E.I. brings to the table. I hope your project or job assignment goes more smoothly."

"I had an extremely dissatisfying experience with Poggenpohl Florida West, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Initially, we were enticed by their offer to have a designer come to our home and create a kitchen design that would cater to our dreams. Little did we know that this would turn into a complete nightmare. To start, we were asked to pay a hefty $500 fee for the privilege of having a designer work with us. We eagerly awaited the arrival of the designer, hoping to see our vision come to life. However, to our surprise, the design presented to us was completely off-base and not what we had requested. It was an impractical design that required extensive renovation work, something we had never intended to undertake. It was apparent that the designer had failed to listen to our specifications and went off on a tangent of their own. To make matters worse, shortly after the initial disappointment, the designer abruptly quit, leaving us without anyone to work with. We reached out to Poggenpohl Florida West for assistance, and they promised that the owner himself would come and take measurements. Much to our surprise, when the owner arrived, he claimed to be "sick" with some sort of cold. Little did we know that his illness would end up infecting my entire family, including my innocent 3-year-old daughter. This was absolutely unacceptable and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and concern for their clients' well-being. Finally, when the project was ultimately presented to us, they refused to provide us with any copies of the design plans, stating that they were their property. This was not only infuriating but also a clear breach of trust. How can a company expect their clients to make informed decisions about their own home without providing them with the necessary documents? Overall, my experience with Poggenpohl Florida West was exceedingly disappointing. From the inadequate design to the lack of professionalism and disregard for our health, I strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential illness and seek out a company that truly values their clients and delivers on their promises."
