"I have now had two relatively bad experiences with this dealership. For those that do not like the “pushy” dealership experience, I would avoid this location if possible. A couple of years ago I tried to buy a car. They were not very respectful of my time even though there was very little business when I visited. I waited for more than 4 hours for them to value my potential trade ins. Their offer came in about $12k lower than other dealerships. When I pushed back they were willing to go higher, but this shows that they are not willing to offer you a fair price up front. Today I visited their service center for some warranty work. The associate was not personable and bordered on being blatantly rude. He would stop paying attention to me in the middle of saying something to answer a call as opposed to politely letting me know he needed to attend to other customers (completely understandable). He was the type to just talk at you and not listen to any of your concerns. I was frustrated, but not rude or belligerent. On our way out he muttered “Merry Christmas” under his breath as some sort of dig, I suppose. I am very frustrated with the lack of customer service at this company."

"Had the best car buying experience from the good people at Sarasota Toyota. Was skeptical at first of buying a used car from a dealership, but was very pleasantly surprised by the deal I got on the car I wanted. Everyone I dealt with there was great to work with. Much appreciation to Patrick, Megan, Josh, and Barry. They all helped me thru every step in the process and to leave there with a car I absolutely love!"

"I purchased a 2024 tundra from Sarasota Toyota this past week.The purchasing process was extremely smooth and efficient. I did run into a few issues with a service experience. However it was quickly corrected. A big thanks to Marc Kassel for taking care of all of my needs. I will definitely be a repeat customer."

"Went in for a 5k mile tire rotation and when I arrived there was not another customer for at least ten minutes. 30 minutes pass as I see them take other cars before ours. I ask what the problem is and they state they “can’t find Mike” so instead of getting someone else to do it they look for this guy that doesn’t exist. So eventually they get the car in for its rotation so I decide to go to the customer service desk and ask where the second key is since it’s been like 6 months now. They state they don’t know and it could take over a year to get the second key for a $67k vehicle. Also it’s not “Their” problem it’s a Toyota problem (Way to pass the buck). So after I was rudely told it’s not their problem, they have no idea when it will be in and if it’ll be in, I state that’s pretty terrible customer service for repeat business and this clown tells me they sell 300 cars a month so they can’t be doing to bad. Like deceitful sales practice is ok only if they keep doing it to new customers. We were set to buy a commercial truck in the spring for our business and will not be doing so now. We will never purchase another Toyota and or from any dealership owned by this family. Your sales people are snakes and your customer service is appalling. Be better! Attached is the picture of the second set of keys."
