"Horrible customer service from Sean and Rob, Sean had a snappy rude attitude because I addressed them both on being ignored and taking people in line standing behind me and not greeting or recognizing I was waiting in line at all. I will not be back. Rob apologized for overlooking me but once poor customer service is observed you don't want to do business with unprofessional people. I will take my business else where for now on. I will report this company to BBB as well. In hopes they find better employees."
"Had wonderful experience! I pulled up at 815pm to put air in tire and Michael came out to see if I needed any help. Come find out had a nail in my tire. He offered to fix it with only 15min left until closing. Very fast service and very nice!"

"The staff was very business like. Not much small talk. I was fortunate that it appeared to be a slower day. Robin provided a very competitive quote on the phone. Tires have so many fees these days: recycling, state, balancing and taxes. I encourage you to make sure you have ALL the fees included when you get your quote. They got me in right away and we're true to their word of having me in and out within an hour. Chris honored my phone quote. They saved me TIME and MONEY! I did cause them some extra work as I realized after the tires were installed that I needed the new tires installed on the back. I'm sure that they were not pleased but they didn't complain, charge me more money and they accommodated my request."
